Targeted Lethal Force Transparency Act - Directs the President to make public an annual report on the use of targeted lethal force by remotely-piloted aircraft, which shall include the total numbers of combatants, civilians, and other persons killed or injured outside the United States by remotely-piloted aircraft each calendar year. Excludes: (1) any use of targeted lethal force in Afghanistan prior to the end of U.S. combat operations, or (2) any use of such force in a foreign country described by a future declaration of war or authorization for the use of military force.

Requires the first report submitted to also include such information for the six preceding calendar years.
