Resolution provides for the consideration of H.R. 5973 and H.R. 5972. In both instances, each bill shall be debatable for one hour, equally divided and controlled. Each bill shall be read by paragraph and shall be open to amendments. The resolution also provides for consideration of a concurrent resolution providing for an adjournment during the month of July.
