Amends Rule XXVI (Financial Disclosure) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to require a Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner (Member) to notify the Clerk of the House of whether that Member elects to participate in the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) or to change such an election.

Requires the notifications to be made under the same terms as the financial disclosure statement required under the Rule.
