Directs the Secretary of the Army to submit to the congressional defense, homeland security, and veterans committees an accounting of the gravesites at Arlington National Cemetery, including, among other things, whether such gravesites are correctly identified, labeled, and occupied.

Requires the Comptroller General to report to such committees on the management and oversight of burial operations contracts at such Cemetery.

Directs the Secretary of the Army to submit to the appropriate congressional committees biennial reports on the execution of and compliance with Army Directive 2010-04, Enhancing the Operations and Oversight of the Army National Cemeteries Program.
