The resolution provides for further consideration of H.Con.Res. 85 in the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union. The resolution makes in order four amendments which shall be debateable for forty minutes each, equally divided and controlled. The resolution makes in order a motion to take from the Speaker's table S.Con.Res. 13 and strike all after the resolving clause of S.Con.Res. 13 and insert in lieu thereof the provisions of H.Con.Res. 85 as passed by the House, and to insist on its amendment, and request a conference with the Senate thereon.
