The resolution makes in order a motion offered by the chair of the Committee on Ways and Means that the House concur in the Senate amendment to the House amendment to the Senate amendment with the amendment printed in the report. The resolution waives all points of order against consideration of the motion except those arising under clause 10 or rule XXI. The Senate amendment and the motion shall be considered as read. The resolution provides one hour of debate. The previous question shall be considered as ordered on the motion to final adoption
