TRICARE Mail-Order Pharmacy Pilot Program Act - Directs the Secretary of Defense to conduct a two-year pilot program to: (1) educate beneficiaries about the mail-order pharmacy available under TRICARE (a Department of Defense [DOD] managed care program); and (2) motivate such beneficiaries to increase their mail-order pharmacy use.

Requires the program to include at least 2,000 eligible beneficiaries in each TRICARE region, of whom at least 1,000 in each region shall be enrolled in Medicare Part B.
