Reform Americans Can Afford Act of 2010 - Repeals the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, effective as of their enactment. Restores provisions of law amended by such Acts.

Enacts the Common Sense Health Care Reform and Affordability Act (H.R. 4038), as introduced in the House of Representatives on November 9, 2009.
