Establishes the American Veterans Congressional Internship Program, under which each Member of the House of Representatives may hire for a maximum 12-month period one additional employee who meets specified eligibility criteria to serve as the American Veteran Congressional Intern.
Requires such an Intern to be honorably discharged from service in the U.S. armed forces or in their reserve components.
