Commits to judging the merits of the sworn testimony of General Petraeus without prejudice or personal bias.

Condemns the personal attacks on the integrity and professionalism of General Petraeus made by the advocacy group MoveOn.org.

Honors all members of the Armed Forces and civilian personnel serving in harm's way, and their families.

Pledges to move forward on all policy debate regarding the war in Iraq with the respect and commitment to intellectual integrity that the sacrifices of these members and civilian personnel deserve.
