Makes it in order at any time on August 4, 2007, for the Speaker of the House of Representatives to entertain motions that the House suspend the rules relating to a bill to: (1) authorize additional funds for emergency repairs and reconstruction of the Interstate I-35 bridge located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, that collapsed on August 1, 2007; and (2) amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to establish a procedure for authorizing certain electronic surveillance .
Pursuant to the provisions of H. Res. 633, H. Res. 613 is laid on the table.
