Honors and memorializes the passengers and crew of United Airlines Flight 93 for their decisive actions and efforts of bravery on September 11, 2001.
Directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives and other specified congressional officials to select an appropriate memorial in the U.S. Capitol to honor the passengers and crew of Flight 93 who saved the U.S. Capitol from destruction.
