Wool Suit Fabric Labeling Fairness and International Standards Conforming Act - Amends the Wool Products Labeling Act of 1939 to declare that specified wool products, including cashmere, are misbranded if their average diameter of wool fiber does not meet certain standards of fineness.

Authorizes the Federal Trade Commission to adopt additional standards or deviations.
