Wool Suit Fabric Labeling Fairness and International Standards Conforming Act - Amends the Wool Products Labeling Act of 1939 to declare that specified wool products are misbranded if the average diameter of their wool fiber does not meet certain standards of fineness. Authorizes the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to adopt additional standards or deviations.

Declares that specified cashmere products are misbranded if they do not meet certain standards of fiber origin and size.
