Authorizes the Secretary of the military department concerned to detail National Guard and Reserve members assigned to duty at reserve component facilities approved for closure or realignment, or with units relocated more than 100 miles from a member's residence pursuant to a base closure law, to duty for up to two years with another unit of the same or a different reserve component under that Secretary's jurisdiction, at their request.
