Commemorates the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the United States and Bulgaria.
Recognizes Bulgaria's contributions toward bringing peace, stability, and prosperity to Southeastern Europe and its cooperation and increasingly vital role as an ally in the war against terrorism.
Encourages opportunities for greater U.S.-Bulgarian cooperation in political, military, economic, and cultural spheres.
