Protection of Family Farmers Act of 2003 - Amends the Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1999 to extend for six additional months (until July 1, 2004) the period for which chapter 12 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code (Adjustments of Debts of a Family Farmer) is reenacted.
