Child Abuse Accountability Enhancement Act - Requires any payment of military retired pay to be paid, in whole or in part, by the Secretary of the military department concerned to another person if and to the extent expressly provided for in the terms of a child abuse garnishment order enforcing a judgment rendered against a member of the armed forces for physically, sexually, or emotionally abusing a child.
