POSTPONED ROLL CALL VOTE - At the conclusion of debate on the resolution, the Chair put the question on adoption of the resolution and by voice vote, announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Frost objected to the voice vote based upon the absence of a quorum and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the question of adoption of the resolution until later in the legislative day. The point of no quorum was considered as withdrawn.
