Federal Law Enforcement Officers Retirement Relief Act - Amends Federal civil service law relating to the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) and the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) to: (1) consider a law enforcement officer, firefighter, and member of the Capitol Police eligible for an annuity computed under CSRS or FERS (whichever applies) whether or not such officer, firefighter, or member satisfies or meets certain age and service requirements for retirement, as applicable; (2) prohibit the 5-year or 18-month (as applicable) minium creditable service requirement from applying with respect to a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or member who becomes disabled from an injury sustained in the performance of duty; and (3) change the age requirement for periodic medical examinations and certain other related requirements from 60 to 50 years of age with respect to a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or member who is receiving a disability retirement annuity.
