Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to: (1) prohibit the importation of large capacity ammunition feeding devices; (2) eliminate the exemption for the transfer of such devices lawfully possessed before enactment of the ban; and (3) expand the definition of such devices to include those manufactured on or before the date of enactment of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994.
