Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to specify that the maximum hour (overtime) exemption for agricultural employees applies to irrigation districts (water delivery organizations) which supply 75 percent or more of their water for agricultural purpose. (Currently such organizations are required to supply 100 percent of their water for agricultural purposes in order to qualify for the overtime exemption.)
