Tipped Wage Parity Act - Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to prohibit State or local minimum wage laws, ordinances, regulations, or orders from prohibiting an employer from applying a tip credit, as authorized under the Act, if that employer pays cash wages to tipped employees that are no less than those required by such laws, ordinances, regulations, or orders.
