Military Health Care Choice Act of 1997 - Amends Federal law concerning Government organizations and employees to direct the Office of Personnel Management, in consultation with the appropriate Secretaries, to take such steps as may be necessary in order to make benefits under the health benefits program for Federal employees available to military retirees, military dependents, and others, in accordance with this Act. Sets forth provisions regarding: (1) elections of coverage available; (2) benefits; (3) charges; and (4) contributions.
Limits the total number of elections that may be in effect at any time during the first three contract years.
