Voter Eligibility Verification Act - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to direct the Attorney General to establish a voter eligibility confirmation system to respond to Federal, State, or local election officials' inquiries made to verify a voter registrant's citizenship.

Directs the Commissioner of Social Security and the Commissioner of the Immigration and Naturalization Service to develop methods to confirm the reliability of the information provided.

Amends the Social Security Act to permit States to require voter registrants to provide their social security numbers.
