Lower East Side Tenement Museum National Historic Site Act of 1994 - Designates the Lower East Side Tenement Museum at 97 Orchard Street, New York, New York, as a National Historic Site.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire the Site with donated or appropriated funds, to enter into cooperative agreements with the Museum designed to assure preservation and interpretation of the Site, and to acquire properties owned, operated, or required by the Museum.

Authorizes appropriations.
