Establishes the Augusta Canal National Heritage Corridor in Georgia.

Requires the Augusta Canal Authority to submit a management plan to the Secretary of the Interior for review and concurrence. Requires the plan to be based on existing Federal, State, and local plans coordinated and presented as an integrated plan for protection, enhancement, and interpretation of the Corridor's cultural, natural, scenic, and recreational resources.
