Quinebaug and Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor Act of 1993 - Establishes: (1) the Quinebaug and Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor in Connecticut; and (2) within the Department of the Interior, the Quinebaug and Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor Commission to assist appropriate Federal, State, and regional planning organizations and local authorities in the development and implementation of an integrated resource management plan for the Corridor's lands and water.

Authorizes appropriations.
