Occupational Safety and Health Hazards Victims' Rights Act - Amends the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to set forth rights of victims (injured employees and their family members), including: (1) meetings, reports, and participation in proceedings and settlements; (2) access to information and documents; and (3) specified additional remedies.

Directs the Secretary of Labor to notify victims of their rights under this Act.
