Requires a member of the armed forces to receive special pay during the period in which such member is performing duty in or over the Persian Gulf or in the vicinity of the Persian Gulf while assigned to a naval vessel or other unit.
Terminates such provision in the event that the President determines that members performing such duty are no longer subject to the threat of physical harm or imminent danger due to war, terrorism, or other similar conditions.
