Transportation

Organize and participate in USACE HQ meetings; tracking and alerting client of funding opportunities available through the Dept. of Transportation Support for Captains Bay Road and water utilities projects, including FY 2026 CDS/CPF enacted results, FY 2027 CDS/CPF road project submission. Submission and tracking of FY 2027 CDS/CPF for coastal erosion project. Support for Essential Air Service funding options for Unalaska passenger air service.

Environment/Superfund

Organize and participate in meetings & communications related to EPA Brownfields/ANSCA contaminated lands programs; Support for project funding for site assessment and clean up

Energy/Nuclear

Tracking of funding opportunities for geothermal energy project. Submission for FY 2027 CDS.

Defense

Organize and participate in meeting and communications related to DOD presence in Unalaska and the Aleutian Islands. Monitoring and reported on military training and activities in the region; provide capabilities to DOD staff.

Homeland Security
