Monitor legislative developments on i)H.R. 8870, the BUILD America 250 Act, which reauthorizes the nation's surface transportation programs; and ii) H.R. 3754/S. 1966 which establish a new discretionary grant program for improving airport access (including roads). Monitor for opportunities for SAA's Community Project (CPF) request, the Passenger Circulation and Terminal Efficiency Project. Monitor congressional appropriations and policy developments relating to CBP operations at U.S. airports. Monitor FAA developments of interest, including the release of the DRAFT AIP Handbook.
