Oppose HHS proposed pilot rebate for 340B; support extension of enhanced subsidies; support increases in NIH funding and oppose executive action to reduce direct costs and facilities and stopping committees from meeting; support increases to GME/CHGME to address physician shortages; oppose efforts to cut state directed payments in HR1; oppose efforts to reduce FMAP, impose work requirements in HR1, cut Medicaid financing to states in HR1; support reductions in medicare advantage prior authorization requirements; support loan forgiveness programs for healthcare workers; support clarity in statutory language protecting use of contract pharmacies.
