Request support for the State Based Education Loan Awareness Act that would allow institutions of higher education to inform students of nonprofit and state-based education loans without triggering onerous preffered lender list rules if the nonprofit/state-based organization offers loans with fees and interest rates equal to or less than the federal PLUS program.
