Ensure near-zero natural gas buses remain eligible for bus, bus facility grants, and the low or no emission bus program. Ensure natural gas vehicles remain eligible for DERA grants. Ensure that natural gas school buses remain eligible under the recently amended Clean School Bus Program. Ensure that EPA include changes to the certification procedures to account for and provide credit for the well-to-wheel or life-cycle emission reductions associated with using biofuels includes renewable natural gas
