Protect Medicaid (no cuts) in FY26 budget/reconciliation; support funding the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC); OMB proposed regulation Proposed Regulation for Federal Financial Assistance [2 CFR  200.205, 200.300, 200.340-200.343, 200.421, 200.450]

Support SSI Savings Penalty Elimination Act; Support Home and Community Based Services Access, Support Older Americans Act (OAA) programs to ensure community living.

Opposing Restoration of Employment Choice for Adults with Disabilities Act H.R. 8736, ; Support "Raise the Wage Act; Oppose 14C certificates (subminimum wage for people with disabilities); Opposing Restoration of Employment Choice for Adults with Disabilities Act H.R. 8736.

Protect Medicaid from cuts in the FY26 and FY27 budget/reconciliation; Support Protecting Healthcare and Lowering Costs Act of 2025 to repeal all of the health care provisions in H.R. 1 and make permanent the enhanced Advanced Premium Tax Credits for purchasing marketplace health insurance plans and similar legislation to repeal the harmful cuts to Medicaid included in H.R.1; Recommendations to Medicaid Community Engagement Requirements Interim Final Rule to ensure people will not be removed from Medicaid because of administrative error.

Protect Medicaid that supports transportation funding in budget/reconciliation.
