DIALYSIS PATIENT CITIZENS

Urge Congress to provide access to Medigap for all ESRD patients under 65 years of age; Protect organ donors by urging passage of the living donor legislation, including S. 1552/H.R. 4582/3 - The Living Donor Protection Act; Protect dialysis patient access to charitable premium assistance; Support ESRD care coordination; Support increased oversight of Organ Procurement Organizations; Assist the Administration about prioritizing prevention of kidney disease and home dialysis; Support H.R. 2199/S. 1173 -The Restore Protections for Dialysis Patients Act to protect access to private insurance; and Support S. 2730/H.R. 6214 - The Kidney Care Access Protection Act which would ensure appropriate reimbursement for quality care and improve patient access to innovative drugs, treatments, and technologies.
