● Participate for Client in national industry lobby effort to oppose S.4938; Client signed letter to House & Senate ahead of Senate Commerce Committee markup; advise Client on NOAAs national deregulation efforts at both the MSA RFMC and agency-level ● Meet with Hill staff, then provide Client with opportunity to engage staff on pending national aquaculture legislation (S.2586/H.R.9802) ● Provide Client with information on the Administrations national EO on sportfishing ● Provide Client with information on comment opportunity for NOAAs seafood import regulations; and on NOAAs GARFO ropeless gear initiative ● Provie Client with information on pending North Atlantic Right Whale legislation ● Provide client with comment opportunity on BOEMSs offshore wind energy survey

● Continue to provide Client with updated information on ongoing US-Canada and US-China trade discussions; and legislation to ban use of China seafood products on Capitol Hill; provide information on comment opportunity to the SBA Seafood Roundtable
