- One Big Beautiful Bill Act - H.R. 1 - Support key tax provisions of package that would protect and expand important industry tax provisions along with workforce development programs. - Main Street Tax Certainty Act - H.R. 703/ S. 213 - Support bill which permanently extends the Section 199A of the Internal Revenue Code, which is slated to expire at the end of this year. - American Innovation and R&D Competitiveness Act - H.R. 1990 - Support bill which permanently allows for immediate research and development expensing looking back to 2022 when the provision expired. - Death Tax Repeal Act - H.R. 1301 / S. 587 - Support measure which would permanently repeal the federal estate tax and generation-skipping transfer taxes, reduce the federal gift tax from 40 percent to 35 percent, and retain the full step-up in basis.
- Fighting Trade Cheats Act of 2025 (H.R. 1284) - Support bill which aims to strengthen enforcement of U.S. customs laws and deter trade fraud, particularly concerning customs violations and unfair trade practices. - Leveling the Playing Field Act 2.0 (H.R.1548/S.691/) - Support bill that updates U.S. trade remedy law to combat Chinas anti-free market trade practices. - Protecting American Industry & Labor from International Trade Crimes Act (H.R. 1869) - Support bill which sets up a structure to criminally prosecute serious trade crimes.
