Indian/Native American Affairs

Represent City of Saint Paul on issues regarding tribal fishery rights, federal trust responsibilities toward Alaska Natives; and fulfillment of federal obligations to Saint Paul resulting from the PL 104-91 process, the Fur Seal Act Amendments of 1983, and the Pribilof Island Transition Act of 2000.
