Advocated for advancement of H.R. 1285, the Water Infrastructure Subcontractor and Taxpayer Protection Act of 2025, which amends the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2014 (WIFIA), to establish payment and performance security requirements for water infrastructure projects funded in whole or in part through WIFIA. Similarly, advocated for the introduction of S. 570, the Senate counterpart to H.R. 1285.
