Packaging and Claims Knowledge (PACK) Act (H.R. 6832) - Support bill that requires recyclable, compostable, and reusable claims on consumer packaging to be approved by an accredited third-party certification body. It allows businesses to use qualified independent organizations to confirm that packaging meets applicable standards and aligns with the FTCs Green Guides. Water Resources Development Act of 2026 (H.R. 9497/S.4949) - Support bill to maintain and improve the nations ports, harbors, and inland waterways. Support Senate version as it authorizes drinking water and wastewater infrastructure programs administered by EPA including the Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Funds, Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act program and reauthorizes the Safe Water for Small and Disadvantaged Communities program. Toxic Substances Control Act Fee Reauthorization and Improvement Act of 2026 - Congress considering the reauthorization of Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) fees, which expire Sept 30, 2026. Both the House of Representatives and the Senate have released proposals to reauthorize fees and revise the statute.

21st Century ROAD to Housing Act - Support bill which gives communities new tools and resources to build more homes, streamlines federal processes that delay construction and updates financing options for manufactured and rural housing. The bill also modernizes federal programs to expand homeownership opportunities and takes steps to improve access to credit.

Advancing Water Reuse Act (H.R.2940/S. 4506 - Support bill that would establish a 30 percent tax credit to help manufacturers and other industrial entities scale up recycled water use. Water Conservation Rebate Tax Parity Act (H.R.1871/S.857) - Support bill to end federal taxation of water conservation rebates, which will encourage water conservation by reducing costs for recipients and administrative burdens for utilities. Financing Lead Out of Water (FLOW) Act (H.R. 3892/S. 2007) - Support bill that to make it simpler and faster for public water systems to use tax-exempt bonds when paying for full lead service line replacements.
