Met with Sen. Marshall (KS) on food safety issues to be raised by the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Caucus in the Senate.

Support increased transparency in the healthcare system, particularly for hospitals, and codify current CMS price transparency regulations in Healthcare PRICE Transparency Act 2.0 Support Fair Repair Act (H.R. 8544 and S.4422 in last Congress) requiring companies to provide parts, tools and information necessary for repair. Support H.R. 1566 REPAIR Act requiring manufacturers to provide automobile data to consumers. Advocate for amending copyright law to allow consumers to repair electronic devices without violation copyright law, US Code Title 17. Respond to Request for Public Comments to Sec. Bessent re Section 45Z Clean Fuel Production Credit, H.J. Res 20 & S.J. Res. 4 re gas instantaneous water heaters standard.

Support add amendment to FY26 National Defense Authorization Act in the House and Senate on Right to Repair. Support introduction of the Servicemember Right-to-Repair Act (H.R. 10401 and S.5497 in the last Congress.

Lobbied in opposition to Congressional Review Act resolutions to overturn the CFPB's overdraft lending, payment apps, and medical debt reporting rules. Those CRA resolutions are S.J.Res.18, S.J.Res.28, and S.J.Res.36, respectively. Lobbied in opposition to any Congressional changes to the CFPB's funding, structure, and tools to protect consumers. Urged the CFPB's acting director to not shut down or hamper the agency's mission.
