- Advocated for changes to Don't Mess With My Home Appliances Act / Home Appliance Protection and Affordability Act(H.R. 4626) which implements reforms to the Energy Policy Conservation Act (EPCA). - Saving Homeowners from Overregulation With Exceptional Rinsing Act - SHOWER Act (H.R.4593)seeks to enshrine in law regulatory changes on the definition of showerhead that were previously made via executive action by DOE in April and May 2025.

- FY27 Interior-EPA Appropriations - Support reauthorization for water infrastructure programs which expire on Sept. 30, 2026 by fully fund core water infrastructure financing programs like the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds and WIFIA, as well as targeted grant programs that support small and disadvantaged communities, support rural communities, help reduce lead in drinking water and the removal of PFAS and other emerging contaminants - Financing Lead Out of Water (FLOW) Act (H.R. 3892/S. 2007) - Support bill that to make it simpler and faster for public water systems to use tax-exempt bonds when paying for full lead service line replacements.

Need for exclusion process for building materials including plumbing products.

-Support Report Language for DOC NIST of no less than $2,000,000 for its Plumbing Research Lab activities. - Maintain EPA's WaterSense Program in Water Quality Protection - support of public-private partnership increases consumer choice by assisting American businesses and families in identifying certified products and practices.

Freedom to Invest in Tomorrows Workforce Act (H.R. 1151/S.756) - Support bill which permits the use of 529 account funds to pay for post-secondary training programs

21st Century ROAD to Housing Act - Support bill which gives communities new tools and resources to build more homes, streamlines federal processes that delay construction and updates financing options for manufactured and rural housing. The bill also modernizes federal programs to expand homeownership opportunities and takes steps to improve access to credit.

- Healthy Drinking Water Affordability Act or the Healthy H2O Act H.R.4721/S.2436- Support bill directs the Dept of Agriculture (USDA) to establish a program under which USDA awards grants for improving the quality of drinking water in certain rural areas. Grants may be given to individuals or entities, such as home owners, renters, and licensed child-care facilities, that have demonstrated the presence of one or more health contaminants in their drinking water

H.R.2940/ S. 4506- Advancing Water Reuse Act - Support bill that would establish a 30 percent tax credit to help manufacturers and other industrial entities scale up recycled water use.
