A) Development and implementation of U.S. trade policy with respect to copyright protection and enforcement and market access for the U.S. creative industries. B) Copyright protection and enforcement and/or market access for U.S. copyright-based industries in foreign markets. C) Administration of U.S. trade laws (such as Special 301, African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), Generalized System of Preferences (GSP),and Free Trade Agreements) with respect to copyright protection and enforcement and market access for U.S. copyright industries.
