DIALYSIS PATIENT CITIZENS

Urge Congress to provide access to Medigap for all ESRD patients under 65 years of age; Protect organ donors by urging passage of the living donor legislation, including S. 1552/H.R. 4582/3 - The Living Donor Protection Act; Protect dialysis patient access to charitable premium assistance; Support ESRD care coordination; Support increased oversight of Organ Procurement Organizations; Assist the Administration about prioritizing prevention of kidney disease and home dialysis; Support H.R. 2199/S. 1173 -The Restore Protections for Dialysis Patients Act to protect access to private insurance; and Support S. 2730/H.R. 6214 - The Kidney Care Access Protection Act which would ensure appropriate reimbursement for quality care and improve patient access to innovative drugs, treatments, and technologies. Encourage Members of Congress to join the Congressional Kidney Caucus
