Engage on issues related to ensuring a fair regulatory environment for water providers. H.R. 3376 Water Affordability, Transparency, Equity, and Reliability Act of 2025. Engage on issues related to increasing funding resources for controlling water pollution and infrastructure investments. H.R. 2401, Urban Waters Federal Partnership Act of 2025. Work on efforts related to improving connection between urban communities and waterways and improving coordination among federal agencies. H.J.Res 18 Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "National Primary Drinking Water Regulations for Lead and Copper: Improvements (LCRI). Track issues related to LCRI and implementation. H.R. 2269/S.1092 WIPPES Act. Engage on issues related to no flush labeling for personal wipes. H.R. 2903 To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act with respect to permitting terms, and for other purposes. Work to extend the maximum term of an NPDES permit from five to ten years. Highlight the importance of the inclusion of ballast water in EPA's final rule on Vessel Incidental Discharge National Standards of Performance.
