Support key tax reform provisions for manufacturers: - One Big Beautiful Bill Act - H.R. 1 - support of this reconciliation package that would protect and expand important industry tax provisions along with workforce development programs. - American Innovation and R&D Competitiveness Act of 2025 (H.R. 1990) - Support bill to permanently allow for immediate research and development expensing looking back to 2022, when the provision expired. - ALIGN Act (H.R. 574/S.187)- Support legislation to make permanent full and immediate expensing. - EBITDA standard for interest deductibility for 5 years, retroactive to January 1, 2025.
Support Report Language for DOC NIST of no less than $2,000,000 for its Plumbing Research Lab activities.
