IHA advocated to our Members of Congress as well as to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on issues related to: Medicaid, site-neutral policies, the 340B Drug Payment Program, hospital finances, workforce concerns, regulatory relief and other similar topics related to hospital sustainability and operations. IHA also submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on the Fiscal Year 2026 Inpatient Prospective Payment System proposed rule and to the Office of Management and Budget's request for information on deregulation.
