Lobbied against harmful changes to Medicaid and SNAP within the reconciliation package.
Discussed the overall importance of infant and toddler court teams which are integrated within the child welfare system. Advocated for children in the child welfare system when discussing Reconciliation package and the strain cuts to Medicaid and SNAP will put on the system. Endorsed: FAMILY Act, HR 1185

Advocated for Congressional engagement with the Administration for the reopening of the SAMHSA Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Training and Technical Assistance Center. Also met with the Administration about supporting IECMH Grant Program and Project LAUNCH, as it was slated for elimination in the FY26 President's Budget Request. We met with HHS ASFR.
